I tested this clamp and arm on a few different setups and it performs great. My Canon R10 stayed completely secure, and it also works smoothly with phones and lighter cameras. I did try it with a heavier body like the Sony FX30 it managed, but I’d recommend it more for lighter gear. Overall, it’s strong, easy to adjust, and really handy for different shooting angles. Very happy with this purchase!

I needed a clamp that could hold my phone for filming in the car or attach to different places like trees and fences. I came across the K&F Concept Super Clamp and really like the design. It has no sharp edges and feels good in the hand when installing it. My phone fits well, and it’s easy to install with no effort. Every element moves smoothly, and I can clamp it to many places and adjust the position easily.

The brand has proven itself very well, and I’ll definitely be looking into other products. I already have a variable ND filter by K&F Concept, and that also delivers great quality at an amazing price.

I gave it a try because I had doubts as I’ve seen some reviews saying the clamp isn’t tight, but in my experience it actually holds extremely secure when used the way it was designed. It grips cylinder shapes (like poles and railings) especially well, once tightened, it doesn’t move at all. That’s where this clamp really shines.

That said, it’s also surprisingly versatile on flat surfaces like tabletops or shelves of different thicknesses. I’ve used it on both round and flat edges with no slipping issues. The ballhead arm is solid, easy to adjust, and has worked great for my GoPro, phone, and even a small light.

It’s compact, feels well built, and for the price it’s a very useful piece of gear. If you need a flexible mounting option without carrying bulky stands, this clamp is a great choice.

The Magic Arm with Superclamp is a useful and versatile addition to my K&F Concept photo equipment.

Whether for a mobile phone, lighting element or DSLR, the lock provides a secure grip.
The Superclamp has a very good thread transmission, so that it can be quickly and firmly installed anywhere.
The inner sides of the clamp have a rubber coating, which also improves grip and prevents damage.
Thanks to the two ball joints, the Magic Arm is extremely variable and can be adapted to any situation as required, with the rubber rings ensuring a secure grip (spare pair included).
A mobile phone holder with two mounting options is also included, although I used the K&F variable quick-release plate here (not included).
As always, the quality is excellent and only made from high-quality materials.
Thanks to the use of aluminum, the Magic Arm with Superclamp is extremely light and therefore barely weighs.

Excellent. Has exceeded expectations. Good quality and clever engineering.

Very good articulated arm with several possibilities of combination and support.
Personally, I use it directly on the tripod of the same brand, it allows you to accessorize without putting too much on the device itself.

The arm is super stable! As soon as it is fixed, it is bomb-tight to hold larger cameras.

This adapter (camera, mobile phones and mini camera) is an idea when large stands cannot be used or you do not always want to carry them.

You usually find a beam, a fence, a tree to mount it.

Just mount my phone once... Perfect

I have found the clamp to be really handy, though I do have a couple small notes on its design.
If your doing video work it can clamp onto your tripod and allow you to use your phone to hold your script without you looking away from the camera.
The phone mount being detachable and using a basic camera mount means you can also simply use it to attach to you camera itself and serve as a micro tripod that just needs to somewhere to clamp.
The phone holder can also be attached to a regular tripod head to allow you to use your phone there too (kind of a small bonus that you wont have to buy a phone adapter, as you can see in the picture attached the phone mount having a cold shoe is great for little detachable lights or such too.
The screws all seem very durable and well made, I would have no worries about attaching my dslr to this. (There is one screw I have noted a small issue with.)

Cons.
The main screw for the clamp, the thumbscrew is reverse threaded to the main body, not attached by its own screw or adhesive, as such I found it came loose when I first tightened the clamp, easy fix, I just ran some super glue into the threads and put it back on, and let the company know. Very odd design flaw but not the end of the world.
It would be nice it it also had a small tabletop mount, the clamp does not easily attach to flat surfaces so it would be good if it had something for that.

Conclusion.
I really like this little clamp, I intend to carry it when I cant use my big tripod for wildlife shoots and if I start getting into videos where im talking into the camera.

You can get loads of really interesting angles shots with this. I haven’t tried this magic arm before but found it way easier than other ones I’ve used - I think maybe coz of the way the mechanism works with a rubber o ring type thing that gives it some passive resistance. It’s super easy to get into position and then tighten it up. Defo recommend.
