The tripod is a versatile addition to a mobile content creator arsenal, the stand is solid and can even hold my mirrorless camera, it collapses into a very portable size which makes it easy to travel with in my jacket pocket, and the extension has a good balance between being rigid and easy to adjust. I usually go for black in regards to tech accessories but the grey option actually looks quite nice, the only issue I have with the color is the phone holder does not seem accurately color matched to the rest of the stand, so it looks a bit out of place. Barring that, the tripod is an amazing option.

Unfortunately, the stand only stands on flat surfaces as the extension of the central column on stones etc. is always in the way and the stand cannot be set up. For indoor use, certainly a practical small stand that stands well on tables, etc., and holds a smartphone securely.

I changed my original 2 star rating to 4 because the customer service is working very well. I was offered an exchange for another stand from their range or, alternatively, a return.
