ive had this bluetooth for a year now and i only had one non major issue which was the speakers sounding fuzzy after a year. I contacted support (Oliver to be exact) and he helped me with my resetting my bluetooth and after i told him about my headset speakers sounding fuzzy now, he offered to send me a complimentary set of speakers free of charge. AFTER A YEAR! I wasn't accpecting that, nor did i ask him to do it. He just did it out of kindness. I highly suggest getting this bluetooth!

The headset works well overall.
Sound, camera and battery life.
Considering the video quality as a dashcam and not comparable to an action cam of course.
Good audio volume and sound quality.
The major cons will be definetly the language, I hope they can sell it already updated soon and would make much better buying experience here.

The Bluetooth side has good sound quality to it. Phone calls aren't too bad either and I can be heard clearly and hear clearly. I ride a 2003 BMW 1150 GS/A, which wind noise is unavoidable, and I can hear it and be heard clearly. The camera isn't bad either. It's not the highest quality but I'd say it's above average. I've encouraged others to buy. Haven't had a chance to use the intercom option yet. The one downside I have found so far, and it's deal able, is the download time over Wi-Fi is not fast. If you have quite a bit of footage it's going to take a long time to download. Battery life is great! I have not had any qualms about the battery life whatsoever. I've owned mine for a little over a month now. I'll update if anything changes the longer I use it. All in all I'd buy another one.

For the price, can't complain. Definitely get what you pay for. The battery life is fine with just the audio running, but if running the cam, it'll be dead in a few hours. Sound quality, video quality, and controls all leave a lot to be desired but for that price, can't beat it. The controls especially take some learning to get used to, not the most intuitive. Oh, and the app is entirely in Asian language with no immediately obvious way to change it.

Wow.. at first I was disappointed by the sound (not loud enough).. but in the end CUSTOMER SERVICE trumped all my issues.. you simply have to give this company a chance. They responded to EVERY email, they absolutely WILL make it right... it has been so long since I experienced quality customer service i almost forgot how that works.. lol..
