I was running through an intersection with my A7iii in hand, I tripped and fell right on the front of my lens element, and rolled onto my wrist and elbow.
The UV filter cracked and got a huge dent on the metal rim, and it saved my $500 lens! No damage done to my lens, only the filter and step up ring.
I’m replacing it with another, definitely worth the low cost.

This filter was easy to screw on to my 18-140mm lens (Nikon).
The glass and frame look fine to me, no blemishes, scratches... nothing.
I gave everything a wipe before attaching and the image that looks slightly darker is the one I took with the filter on. The other image was with the filter removed.
Both were taken handheld.
Not sure if the pics help you or not, but I'll find out more how it affects my pictures as I take more with different settings.

For me, when buying a filter, the most important thing is that the image quality is not affected, this filter seemed cheap to me and I thought that perhaps it was going to affect the image quality that my camera produces, however, I can say that it is almost imperceptible that I am using a filter to protect the lens of my camera, I definitely recommend this filter if you want to protect the lens of your camera!

This UV filter is awesome. It’s just what I needed for my Canon 35mm lens. It was easy use when I came to install it, and I will recommend it to Anybody using a Camera in the morning or afternoon during bright times in a day. Great quality filter.

For the price, and for an amateur, these filters are perfect.
I have K & F filters for dslr, mirrorless, drone, and 35mm and couldn't be happier.

I'm through throwing away stupid money on more expensive "protection" or UV filters. I've bought a few of these K&F's and they have been of very high quality, even this one at such a low price. For a general all the time protection filter, this is hard to beat. Highly recommended.

needed something to protect my new lens, this went on easily & my lens cap fits perfectly on it! i haven’t noticed any difference in my photo quality.
