Works perfectly! I don't give the best grade for the image sharpness, but it fits my purpose well. Would only recommend.

It is clear that one cannot expect much for this price, but the actual microscope should at least hold the set height and not slide all the way down by itself. In addition, the distance between the microscope and the support surface is far too small, so that the visible area is far too small. No purchase recommendation!

Despite the very simple plastic construction, the microscope enables amazingly good imaging properties.

When I said "1000x magnification" I was skeptical before I bought it, which turned out to be true. The real maximum magnification is more like 500-600, which is perfectly sufficient for my purposes - checking solder joints in the hobby area. The lighting is bright enough, but is reflected in the picture on smooth surfaces. The display resolution is sharp, noise and flicker-free. The menu navigation takes a little getting used to, but with a bit of experimentation you will quickly reach your goal. I'm still puzzled as to what the "Motion detect" function on a microscope is for when looking at objects that don't move by themselves? The English menu navigation does not say "Motion detect" but "Exposure Compensation", i.e. exposure correction, which makes more sense. The translation of the menus leaves a lot to be desired not only in German but also in English. The battery capacity is sufficient for at least 2 hours even in continuous use with lighting, but the battery indicator only shows 2 out of 3 bars after a few seconds even when the battery is fully charged. The mechanics of the tripod is simple but stable. All in all, the product serves its purpose for me and I am satisfied with it.

The microscope itself is nothing to complain about. The tripod is a bit unstable and too light. But the foot can be opened easily, I put a metal plate in there. Now the microscope stands firmly on the table and is no longer so wobbly. Still a good buy.

The quality is top. Instructions are easy to understand. The pictures supplied are simply great.

I use the LCD digital microscope to solder printed circuit boards, illumination and sharpness are very good. Also suitable for recognizing a component's lettering, it was 20 cheaper where I bought it.

My daughter wanted a microscope. We then bought a set from a well-known manufacturer. Unfortunately, the microscope was complete junk. So I ordered this and she loves it. It's nice that she can look at the objects on the monitor. This makes it easier for children and they quickly have a sense of achievement as "researchers".
