Unfortunately, I had lost my cap and decided on the original instead of a replica. Of course, this holds perfectly, but you also have to accept the slightly higher price. But if you've bought a camera and lens for a few thousand bucks, don't skimp on the cap.

This lens cover fits perfectly and stays on much better than my old cap which I lost because it never fitted properly and fell off at the slightest bump. Absolute purchase recommendation!

The cap holds properly, even on a filter. It seems well made and comparable to my favorite caps (Nikon).

It can also be attached when the lens hood is attached backwards and the UV filter is screwed on. Consequently, the optimal protection of the lens during transport and when the camera is not in use! It's definitely worth the price!
