On the positive side. I love the look of the carrying case that charges the phone for you. It even tells you what your battery life is each time you insert or remove the ear buds. I also love that they turn themselves on and off when removed from or put into the case!I saw this product demonstrated and the sound seemed to be awesome. Unfortunately, when it arrived, my first caller asked me to use something else to speak with them. I was shocked. She heard a dehumidifier that was running in the room with me so loud that she said it was distracting. She could tell that the sound she was hearing had to do with water running. I wish this product functioned as good as it looks!
