Just plugged it in and it worked fine. Not a computer techy kind of guy, so it works perfect for me!

easy plug and play setup. Good quality picture and mic work well. The mic seems to be the issue with cheaper models.

Set up was very easy. Works great with Zoom. Has a flip cover for the lens. Indicates in green when it is on. Includes mike. Pretty neat.

For the price, good image, easy operation. One gotcha I ran into (thus the 4 stars and not 5) is the tripod screw hole at bottom of camera assembly is not quite deep enough for a standard tripod screw, so it would not fully tighten and the camera flopped around a bit on top of the tripod. I solved it by inserting a rubber washer to take up the space and it tightened fine at that point. Just something to keep in mind if you wan to mount on a tripod.

Nexigo Web Cam works very well. Sound quality much better than another brand unit we had tried. Good wide angle view also. Highly Recommend
