Plug and play, great quality. I'm on video-conferences most all day, every day. Works so much better than the P.O.S. camera that came with the laptop. Simply does the job for a reasonable cost.

The only thing I am not a fan of is the wide angle is too wide for conference calling.

I bought one for my wife, and it performed so well that I had to buy one for myself because I used them for work-related meetings. I have not fully used the software or features. But will soon. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this for our Senior Pastor to use for virtual bible studies. He had a difficult time getting it to stay on his monitor and keep the picture. He said it would fall off midway or only show his forhead. There is a place to screw in another mount but we don't have that available. I also kept having the camera lens cover pop off as I was testing it and trying different monitors. The actual camera and microphone are fine and if you have a stable setup it probably would be great. If you are moving around and attaching this each time you might consider your options.
