I'm planning a trip. While searching various models, I saw many good reviews about this cam.I bought this cam with good expectations.Many functions were satisfactory for the price.But I was a little disappointed when I did a simple test after setting up. what is disappointing is that the remote control is not working at all and that the screen is stopped.1. The remote control is not working.The power is not working. So I replaced it with another battery. Still, it didn't work at all.2. The screen froze.After setting up, I was taking a video and testing various functions. But the screen froze. I pressed the power button on the frozen screen but it didn't turn off. So I had to take the battery out and turn it off. And I rebooted it.Actually, I'm thinking about these two issues now.I ordered it through international shipping, so exchanging products is too inconvenient for me.should I get an exchange or just use it even if it's inconvenient!Update ~I got a refund for the remote control. The customer center tried to send me a new remote control. However, it was difficult where the destination is not the U.S.Anyway, I am satisfied with the customer center’s response.
