Its alright
This microscope is very handy and easy to transport. I got it initially to study the different plants and crystals that I have. However, it does not magnify more than 70X without becoming super blurry and unusable. It also is a hassle to adjust the scope since it moves all together and not just the eyepiece. On the good side it was very easy to install the app and get going. Super detailed instructions and nice packaging. 4/5 stars, pretty sure there are better microscopes out there but this one is average for its price

Great camera—amazing customer service
We bought this monitor after friends told us how much they loved theirs!! It worked great when we got it— and for over a year, sadly then we had a few issues- first the camera would say out of range. So I contacted customer service and they were great at helping me troubleshoot to fix it! Shortly after that however the sound would come and go to the point where we just no longer had sound at all! Again, I contacted customer service and after trying to trouble shoot the problem they offered for me to send in the monitor and camera and replace it! I worked specifically with Emma C and she was amazing at answering questions and handling the replacement! I just had to take a photo of the package I was sending back in, and that day my replacement was shipped- I think it took all of 3 days to have my replacement in my hands! I’m hoping it was just a faulty system the first time and that this one lasts better... but even if it doesn’t I will stay with this company because their customer service is the best I’ve ever dealt with!! You won’t be disappointed with this product or service you receive!!

Great camera, awesome customer service
We love our monitor and camera. The picture quality is so clear. It's super reliable and the antenna seems to work great for even pretty far distances. This company also has awesome customer service. The power/sleep button broke on our monitor. We just kept it plugged in so it wouldn't turn off, well one day my 18mo old unplugged it and it turned off. We couldn't get it back on so I contacted customer service. They guarantee them for a year, and I had just missed our one year by a few days. They replaced the monitor anyway at no cost, just shipping the old one back. We are very please and are buying a second one for our new baby.

Good camera, amazing customer service!
This is a great baby monitor. It’s easy to add additional cameras and they have a wide view to see the whole room easily. It picks up even the smallest noises. The picture quality isn’t always super crisp but you can always see well enough to know that your little one is ok. It does sometimes drop service if your cell phone gets in the way, which is annoying but avoidable once you’re aware.The customer service is also incredible! I bought a secondary camera that stopped working pretty quickly. I contacted customer service and they sent me a replacement within two days! Kristine, the rep I was working with was beyond attentive and made sure that our needs were being met. Probably one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had.

Excellent Quality camera and customer Service!
I reached out to Infant Optics, through email for a question months ago, regarding a problem with my monitor sound! Joseph was so helpful and quick to respond! Was able to quickly walk me through this issue and I was able to fix it! Then, another three months down the line, the same issue came up but unsuccessful at fixing the sound. Joseph and the infant optics team went above and beyond to send me a new camera free of charge! I wanted to stay with them because I was always so impressed the first time I saw my baby boy so clearly on this monitor. The night vision is really good. You can zoom in and I could even see him breathing! However, I was over my warranty only by a little bit but they so kindly exchanged my old camera for a brand new one, and to top it off, had it expedited so I wasn’t to be without a monitor on my son!This camera/monitor and the customer service is wonderful and I am so happy to be able to write this review for them!

Great Camera; Amazing customer service
We have 2 of these cameras for each of our children. We love them! One started malfunctioning lately, night vision stopped working, and we worked directly with infant Optics on our replacement. They were so easy and wonderful to work with. We had our replacement within 2 days! Very grateful for an easy process and a reliable camera!

Good Multi-Camera Bluetooth Monitor
We have two monitors for our children: this one and a wifi-based monitor. This one is the most reliable by far. The range on the monitor itself is good, I can hear everything going on, and no noticeable interruptions unless I walk super far away or use the microwave (bluetooth interference). I also like that you can add multiple cameras to it for multiple children. Overall a great choice.

Sound, battery longevity, and camera solid
I purchased this monitor to replace one that wasn't advanced. It has a great camera feature to move around for the most optimal view of your sweet baby. I also appreciate the longevity of the battery, in addition how loud you can make it depending on how close or far you are from the monitor.The only issue I have had is with the signal. But the company customer service sent many tips for improving and was very quick to respond in helping.

Great Camera...AMAZING Customer Service
We initially bought this camera in 2017 when our first child was born. We then bought an add-on camera when we had our second. It was super easy to add on and the second camera worked just as well as the first. There is a bit of sound difference when using the scan function even though we have the same sound machines in both kids' rooms, but we got used to it very quickly. In 2020, after 3 years of SOLID use every single night, our monitor just went black and stopped working. We were way outside of our 1 year warranty but the company worked with us to get a replacement issued at a discounted rate. Fast forward to 2021, just one month outside of the warranty on the replacement, and we started having some glitching issues with the monitor. Customer service was exceptionally responsive and replaced the monitor even though it was out of warranty and sent it to us via overnight shipping. I don't mean to make it sound like the monitors are no good and regularly fail. They are STURDY and work amazingly. We use them every single night and often take them along with us when we travel, so we put them through the ringer and they've held up. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
