Not sure if it's the marketing or what, but they make it seem like these are the caseta switches everyone should buy. However because of there lack of neutral they don't work very well with all lights. I have multiple different brand of lights and installed 4 of them and only 1 worked perfectly. Lots of people have these problems online aswell and lutron doesn't have much of a solution. If you don't have a neutral in your jbox then try this since it's really your only option, lutron wise. If you do, then get the pro, its only a little bit more expensive and it worked with all my lights, no flickering, no pop-up (where the light hits full blast then off then full etc). The pro seems to be more of a one size fits all. Of course the ELV+ is the best one but that is the most expensive one, it's the way LEDs are supposed to be dimmed, but the pro works just fine for me. Another thing is if you don't have enough wattage, like if it's for the stairs light or washroom and you only have 2 pot lights then the non-pro will also have trouble with those, so another reason to get the pro and improve your chances. Lutron is the best system, you just have to get the right switch.

One very important thing that attracted me to this camera, was the styling. The case is nice and smooth and pleasant to look at.So, I went looking for solar powered cameras, and discovered these! They have lots of great features! First, they have nine amp hour batteries! If you can feature, typical commercial fire detection equipment only has 7 amp hour batteries!Another feature, that you may not notice, is that these cameras automatically reset, if the sun is obscure, and not able to charge the battery fast enough, after several days behind the clouds. That way you don't have to go out, and either recharge your battery, or reset the camera by hand.We really appreciate the high resolution, 2k, camera. You can see a lot of detail with that resolution! But even better is the zoom. We love to be able to zoom in on what we're trying to see! If you ever have an intruder, being able to get details, by zooming in is very important!Which brings up the fact that the camera swivels 355° and goes up and down as well. So when they talk about PTZ, you know it's pan tilt and zoom! PTZ makes for a really good user experience. You can track the activity that you're interested in. You can zoom in on the details: faces, clothing, license, tags, anything you especially need to see in detail.

These are way better than I thought. They’re something you’d buy for a lot of money. Super bright, and can be dimmed, super easy to install, they look like I just went and bought a super expensive mirror like you see.. Get these lights! Super cheap and GREAT quality!

Great quality product. Stand is well secured into the base. All plugs are very stiff and you can feel anything you plug in "lock" in.
