recently replaced all of the gas lines in my kegerator. The next day I woke up with an empty CO2 tank because the fitting was leaking. I found the leak and fixed it and everything has been fine ever since. (So I thought) I bought this device to monitor future leaks so I might catch them in time before I lose a whole tank of gas. I calibrated the device and placed it in my kegerator. Within minutes I realized I had another leak I didn't know about! It took a while but I found the leak. It was so small that the CO2 drained out so slowly that I didn't notice. Check out the before and after pictures of the leak being repaired. Thank you Inkbird for another fantastic product!

Charging this device is easy. The battery lasts about 1 day. The screen is bright. It's easy to see during the day. There are some options and settings, but 99% of the device is designed to give you real-time readings of CO2, PM2.5 and PM10. Either you learn to trust such a device, or you compare it to known readings in the immediate vicinity. It comes with a charging cable.

We wanted a CO2 detector for the cold room at the brewery and the Inkbird was a great more affordable alternative. I turned on a CO2 line next to it to check the alarm which is why you see the high number in the picture. It’s not quite as loud as your average home smoke detector but you can hear it from outside the insulated room which has two AC units going. The battery life appears to be about one day so it’s best to keep it plugged.

So far I love it! It seems really solid right out of the box. It came with a charging cable and once fully charged I noticed that the display was very clear and legible. I've been running it for hours on almost a full battery so far. It's great to be able to constantly monitor my levels so I know what to tweak to keep my plants the happiest. So my overall impression of this product is very high for me, 5 out of 5!

This did exactly what I expected and it was super easy to set up, calibrate and use. I leave it plugged in and on all the time but it does have a battery to allow for use without a power connection. It also shows temp and humidity which is a bonus.

bought the unit to use in a medicinal grow. Accurate, easy to read and quick to calibrate. Very sensitive to CO2, only detecting a breath in its direction. Temperature and relative humidity are in line with my other devices.. Solid device!! The only downside is the 18-hour battery life, which means you'll have to leave the device plugged in for constant monitoring.

You have updated this unit. Now it's easy to switch from Fahrenheit to Celsius by just pressing the plus button. Second, they disabled auto-calibration by default. This means that you are now in full control of this device and can calibrate it manually in a well-ventilated area without having to worry about this device automatically recalibrating. I recommend that you calibrate this device when you first buy it and then do it again a few months later if needed. They also made it very easy to turn off the alarm by holding the plus button. The little manual that accompanies this device basically tells you how to do all these things. The main reason I bought this device is that I will be traveling to Bangladesh and checking the air quality. Some people told me the AQI in Bangladesh is over 300 and I don't believe them. To update. This monitor is very accurate and can help the average person assess the risk they pose indoors and in the world at large. If someone has a respiratory condition, the higher the number on the reading, the greater the risk for you as a user of being in that area without preventive measures such as a mask, filtration or ventilation. It's also really fun to follow the science happening in real time! If you're in a car with the windows open, look at the numbers, then close the windows and see how quickly ventilation can affect CO2 levels. A really great way to teach science!

Very easy to use and read. No complicated menus with obscure meanings. Helped me find some problem areas in my home needing more airflow (including my home office). Highly recommended if you're wanting to check airflow or specific CO2 concentrations. Also is packaged very well, and a nice-looking interface.
