It's really a functional smart watch. At the very beginning, I was just looking for a Blood Oxygen Monitor, it surprised me with multiple activity trackers. It's comfortable to wear it and it doesn't disturb my sleep during the night. I check my sleep report every morning and it reminds me going to bed earlier at night. The records of steps, distance, heart rate during activities and calories burned help me to follow my fitness steps. The battery lasts long time and the charging is so quick.

Glad of ordering this watch, which giving me a better idea of my health condition. Since I have been in trouble of my sleep, from this watch, I know how many hours of my deep sleeping/light sleeping etc.. Further more, this watch gives me how many steps I walled indoor/outdoor, all those sport features. this encourages me to more excises, which is I needed. The most things I like is this gives me heart rate and SPO2, can not believe it. This is very important when I am sick. How helpful of it! so happy with it, for sure, highly recommended.
