I use it for both tripod and monopod, the tripod is sturdy, like it. This seller is also very responsive to the customer's concerns. I accidentally damaged one of the last sections of the tripod, I asked for a replacement. The seller responded quickly and sent me the replacement, only charged the shipping. The seller is highly respectful.

It felt a little heavy regarding the amount of weight I consider carrying, the weight felt heavyst at the top ball joint, including some of the connecting parts holding the joint in place.

Very high quality tripod The carbon fiber one weighs practically nothing and is very easy to carry thanks to its bag.
Good use both with the 3 legs and in monopod mode.
Very easy and quick to position thanks to the adjustment wheels on the legs.
The ball joint makes it easy to move the camera without shocks.
The adapter for cameras and mobile phones is very simple to install and very useful.
