The Best
This is the best monitor we’ve ever purchased. The customer service is beyond expectations. Our sound on the camera unit stopped working. Even though we were a few days outside our warranty the customer service team sent us a full replacement. This is our go to baby gift. The picture quality is excellent and customer service unrivaled.

Amazing customer service
This is a great product! Expensive too. So when my monitor stopped working for no reason I contacted customer service. They were extremely responsive and helpful and replaced my monitor. Responsive and kind customer service are the two things I look for and they didn’t disappoint! Highly recommend this product for its quality but also it’s customer service.

Great Product and Supreme Customer Service
The product is great and does exactly what is advertised. What is even more impressive is the customer service. We unfortunately had a monitor go out and their customer service (Kristine Z) worked quickly with us to get a replacement to us in just a few days under their one-year warranty. Some of the best customer service I've ever worked with!

Great customer service
The first unit died within 8 months, wrote a review stating would not by again. Customer service contacted me and sent a new unit. The communication with customer service was top notch! Thank You Bugani!!

Love this camera and their customer service! It works great and when something doesn't work well, their customer service responds right away to get it fixed for you! Would highly recommend this baby monitor!!

Great Quality & Customer Service
Love this monitor and love the impeccable customer service even more! Such a drastic difference from the poor quality of my previous Motorola monitor and the nightmare of dealing with their customer service team. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Great Monitor and Amazing customer service
Love this baby monitor! I had to deal with customer service which Gladys was very prompt and responsive to all of my emails. The customer service alone made it all worth it for this baby monitor
