So I've had A LONG TIME of using these speakers.They're excellent. They fill my office (10' x 11') with sound.Since I'm downstairs (split-level house) it actually is heard throughout the house when it is at half the volume on the dial.They are unobtrusive.The speakers just work. The woofer is excellent with the bass.It is enough speakers for my office.

Love how easy to connect and compact this speaker is. I take it all over the house. Much better than my previous plug in speaker that weighed 10 pounds!

These speakers&sub have the potential to shake your entire house. Worth the cash.

I purchased these speakers to replace my Logitech X-230 2.1 Computer speakers and I can say these are a massive improvement. I had owned both the Logitech Z-2200 and Z-2300 speaker systems in the past and can say from personal experience the Z-2300 had the best bass response of the three the next best being the Z-2200. I am not dismissing these speakers as for the price you are getting alot of sound. I do however want to compare these speakers to their predecessors for those who have owned them and wanted to compare them. The first thing I would point out is Z623 have a boomier bass to them and do not have the tight "punch" the other previous generations have. The bass adjustment knob at its center position is a lot flatter than the previous generations leaving the sound a bit lacking for my tastes at least when it comes to music. The next thing owners of previous generations will notice is the volume control on the new z623 is different. When turning the volume from its "off" position to about 50% the overall volume increase is a lot milder than when going from 50% to 100% where the decibel difference is substantial. Other than that these speakers are a great deal and one of the best you can buy without going all out on a studio monitor setup. My only real complaint is the choice not to design these speakers with a volume control remote like the 2200 and 2300. The satelite speakers are much larger than the 2300s and are annoying to position on a desk where multiple monitors are used or where space is restricted. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that wants a great sound system for a very reasonable price.
