Great sound, fantastic customer service
I really like these earbuds! I had an issue a few months in when one of them stopped working, but I contacted customer service and they sent me a new pair. No issues since.

Great Customer Service
I returned mine as soon as I got it. My phone would just slide right off because the magnet was so weak. I spoke with customer service and they refunded my purchase price and Cassie with their customer service was great to help me. It seems like I may have gotten a bad magnet or I was not using it properly. You should buy it because it seems like everyone else likes it and if it doesn’t work for you I know from personal experience the customer service is great to help you out!

Won’t connect ! Waste of money 6 months in can’t r
EDIT: 1 STAR TO 4 -FABULOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IF ISSUE!!! ONCE I PUT REVIEW, THE CO REACHED OUT TO ME, HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE. ALTHOUGH THE PRODUCT STILL DIDN'T CONNECT- THEY SENT ME ANOTHER SET. CUSTOMER SERVICE MEANS A LOT THESE DAYS AND I APPRECIATED THE EFFORTS AND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THANK YOU! Initial Review Below.Used 3 times and already failed! Bought these 6 months ago and they won’t connect already. Waste of money and out of return window. Don’t buy them!

Great Customer Service-Thanks Rita!
This is a great product! But even greater is their customer service!! My wife had this holder attached to her windshield for about 18 months. The neoprene suction cup began to deteriorate (the new ones are better!) and would not hold the unit to the windshield. I contacted customer service via email (Rita) who could not have been nicer. I thought for sure that I would be told "Sorry, your unit is out of warranty" but within a week I had the new section of the holder. Thank you Rita and TORRAS for providing great customer service!!

I use these primarily when I go to the gym and they have a decently comfortable fit. I had issues with the one ear bud and their customer service quickly and efficiently resolved my issue. So for that I’m giving it 5 stars. Without the customer service experience I’d likely give 4 stars.

Great Customer Service
I purchased this monitor and after about 3 years, the cord frayed so I contacted customer service and they sent a new card free of charge! A few months later, my monitor would not charge but it wasnt the wire, it was the charging port on the monitor. I contacted customer service again, not thinking they would be able to help but I was wrong. They sent me a new monitor so i did not have to purchase a new unit. I cant say it enough, but amazing customer service for a great monitor!! No other issues ever with the monitor!

I'd recommend buying products from Anyork Tech for their excellent customer service and guarantee. My golf rangefinder served me well and accurately for 6 mos, then started to have some issues. I contacted the customer service through email, then my new one arrived within 3 days with no question asked.

Won’t connect to app. *Updated*
So far the MOST frustrating thing! Customer service is reasonable, not available on weekends. I’m reasonably tech savvy, and this dumb thing will not connect. Lutron says they see it in their server, but it won’t connect to the app (which is a whole nother story). Still working with customer service, I’ll update if it ever gets resolved. I’m about to return it. Anyone know of any hub less smart dimmable switches that works with LED??**UPDATE**Customer service sent me a new hub, no charge for new device, or shipping either way. New hub connected to app and internet immediately. Works great now. They were even patient with my delayed responses. I still think they need to improve their customer service hours to include the weekend, but overall happy with it now.

Great customer service
Great customer service.I always buy these but now they’re getting stronger and stronger. The last one I ordered was a full set and one wasn’t working. I contacted customer service and in no time they sent me the replacement. These work great they’re super bright and they last for at least a year if not longer.
