So I bought the Kentfaith 132G Voice Activated Recorder because I had big plans recording work meetings, capturing brilliant lecture notes, and maybe starting that podcast where I read grocery store receipts dramatically. You know, normal stuff. First of all, this thing has 132G of storage. That’s 9800 hours of recording. I did the math that’s over 400 days of straight talking. I could record a year long argument and still have room for my internal monologue about why I shouldn't have eaten that gas station sushi. It’s voice activated, which sounds cool until you realize it’s always listening. I left it on my desk and forgot about it... for a week. When I checked, it had only recorded three actual work conversations and approximately 80 hours of me yelling “WHY IS THE PRINTER JAMMED AGAIN?!” and my cat meowing for snacks. Spoiler alert: the AI noise reduction did nothing to block out Bravehearts emotional baggage. Speaking of noise reduction, it claims to use “AI Intelligent Triple Noise Reduction.” I don’t know what that means, but it sounds like something a villain in a sci fi movie would yell before vaporizing a city. Still, it did cut down on background chatter just not feline protests or the sound of me crunching chips like a backhoe. Portability wise, it's small enough to lose immediately. I dropped it once and it disappeared into my bag like a sock in a dryer. I later found it under my car seat, where it had captured a detailed audio drama of me singing badly to 90s hits and yelling at traffic. Battery life? Amazing. It runs for 100 hours straight, which is more energy than I’ve had since 2014. I kept forgetting to charge it because it just wouldn’t die. Honestly, I think it might be solar powered. Or magic. Only downside: no screen lock. It started recording in my pocket and caught a 47-minute conversation with my jeans about lint and existential dread. In conclusion, this recorder is reliable, stealthy, and possibly plotting to write my autobiography. Whether you're a student, journalist, or just someone who talks to themselves a lot (hi), it’s perfect. Just be prepared this little gadget never forgets. It's absolutely amazing for concerts!! I took it with me to Welcome To Rockville and got soooo many recordings now so memories to last FOREVER!!

So i bought this device to start recording my boss verbally harassing me, so far it has worked like a charm, just leave on the voice activation feature and check back at the end of the day and you can sort through the fies you would like to keep. Great playback clarity, and seems to be very durable, its also magnetic so it can be placed in very hidden places.

The factory sound quality isn't particularly good. To change that, you have to enter 8 for "BIT RATE" in "FACTORY.TXT". Previously the value was 3. For "GAIN" you should use 0. Previously it was 5. My screenshot shows the values ​​I use to achieve the best sound quality.

Very user friendly. Also, very sensitive to surrounding noise. You'll hear every tap and stroke of your pen but overall, I had a really good quality audio.

The only thing I would change is it would be nice if there was some sort of lock code on it from The beginning so people can’t listen to it.

This device is compact, and comes with a cool carry strap. It is simple to charge, comes with it's own charge cable, and connects easily to my Google Phone to review my recordings. Very simple to use, literally just flip the switch on to begin recording and off to end. Audio picks up far distances, my kids were in the living room with the TV on and it picked up that audio as well. This would be great for a college student to use during lecture, or a hiring manager for interviews, or really anything needing recorded. Overall, great product!

This is by far the most helpful little gadget I have ever got my husband ! He works hard all day long , so notes need to be taken when talking to others. He says them to his device then by the end of the day can complete reports with accuracy. Love it, deff give it a try.
