Panning the camera up and down smoothly is slightly complicated; though everything else about the product, along with the materials, durability, and the easy ability to basically set the camera any way you'd like, is fantastic. Great product overall.

I'm actually shocked at how happy I am with this tripod. I was a little concerned that it wouldn't be all that stable. I was wrong. It's really stable and has a hook to add weight for even more stability. The ball head is extremely smooth, as is the rotation of the entire head. I may actually buy another.

This has been a great entry level tripod. It’s quite sturdy For how light it is. Customer service is excellent if you ever need to contact them. I lost a little piece while out in the woods and I contacted the company. They immediately told me they were sending out a replacement.

Better than basic, but not as sturdy as I was hoping. I guess that's why it wasn't a couple hundred dollars! Really good better-than-basic tripod. I recommend it.

This thing is great. The legs have adjustable solid notches. The material all feels solid, but remains incredibly light. Carrying case is well padded and protects it well. Locking dials all work very easily to secure and release the camera. I mount my Canon T3i and my Sony Handycam on here with no issue at all.The only thing I would add is an extended handle for panning and adjusting the camera angle. This works great for taking fixed-position pictures/movies, but if you want to pan the camera it's not easy to do so smoothly.

One of my best tripods ever, the material is amazing it has a good weight especially to travel I love everything of this.
