You can spend a lot more for a lesser tripod, I've done it before. Like any 62 inch tripod when you extend the legs all the way out it is going to be little shaky but thats not a problem with a remote or a shot timer. I was impressed with the smoothness of the ball head and like the snap locks vs the twist locks. For the price you cant go wrong. Five stars across the board for what you get for the price.

Maybe I haven't been buying a new tripod but I just realized how much tripod got developed (?). I bought $100 tripod about 12 years ago and I bought another cheap one below $100 around 8 years ago. They were ok but didn't have all these features. First of all this tripod is very sturdy. It's well made and I feel like it won't fall to hurt my expensive camera. Also if it's windy, you can hang something heavy to make it even more sturdy. Overall, I really like this tripod!

I want it a tripod that could stay firm but at the same time light enough for travel and hiking, so far so good, I'll keep it posted if something happen.

Highly recommend this to anyone that doesn’t want to spend too much money on a tripod but still wants something that is good quality!

I had a Zomei 818 that I loved but this had similar capacity to the Zomei but was 1.1 lbs lighter than my 4 lb Zomei and it has the lever releases compared to my threaded rings on the Zomei. Its light weight is amazing considering that it is not carbon fiber (which is much more expensive). It is considerably less stable due to its lightness but if you don't have any significant wind it is not an issue. If it is just hang your camera bag on the J-hook at the bottom of the center column and your are rock solid. If I have to do a lot of hiking up a mountain that 1.1 lbs makes a difference and is my hiking tripod. I had no problem with my Pentax K-3II and a 55-300mm lens--the ball head held fine. The quick release plate is plastic rather than the metal that Zomei has but it seems solid enough... I will see how well it holds up. The Zomei still serves me well as my non-hiking tripod but for the price, I think that this makes a smart move if you need to carry a tripod some distance--especially uphill!

A very nice versatile tripod. The tripod does everything you would want it to. Great value and I'm happy with the purchase.

The K&F Concept 62" Tripod, has everything I needed in a Travel Tripod. Receiving it in a durable carrying case with the tripod folded at a mere 18 inches was definitely a plus that I can easily carry anywhere. The attention to detail from the ball head angle capabilities to reverse tripod positioning to be able to get macro and lower angle shots with my DSLR are amazing. Highly recommended tripod!
