To steady my camera has performed very well on my first outing at a sports event. Steady's the the camera and the natural body shacking is limited.Using my telephoto lens is a breeze. Steady your shots better pictures. Will review more at another time using it at other events. Brand new and receive in within the specify time.

I use the monopod with my cell phone so that I do not have to stand holding the phone up for 15 or more minutes. I love it. It comes with a case which is good and very easy to adjust on the fly without too much shaking while recording.
