Good quality item. The only thing is the volume is still low even after phone adjust but that could just be the phone I'm using.

This comment is only about my order experience since I just received the product. It shipped on time with the box sealed as expected. Unboxing was simple and all of the parts were included. The instruction booklet is tiny, I'm not young and it was difficult for me to read, I ended up taking pics of the pages so that I could zoom in on the words. After I use them for a while, I'll come back and update my review.Update: I charged the buds completely and wore listened to 12 hours of audio books and was at 40% when I took them off. I am new to the bud thing and getting them to stay in my ear has been a challenge, but that's on me. Pairing them was simple and I didn't have to do anything special while pairing to use one bud at a time. If you turn one off, the other would continue to play. I stick with my 5 star rating.
