I am unable to install the neck strap because the portion sent to me was connected and I cannot get it apart!!! I understand the mechanism. Do NOT want to break it trying to get it apart. HELP!!!!!!! Note: Suddenly unable to find the purchase site. Was finally able to make the connection. PLUS...the company sent an additional neck strap because of my difficulty!!! I have not used the camera since I connected to the strap but I tried it on and it feels find.

I haven’t used the cup just yet, but I do love the look of it, and it was packaged well. Definitely a great gift idea!

You get what you pay for, they're not studio quality but they're better than skull candy or other similarly priced products.

The materials and construction seem quite sturdy. The quick-release clips have a safety button to lessen risk of accidental release and there is a safeguard cord which attaches to one strap eyelet and I attached another to the other eyelet. The camera runs easily from hip up to eye level. The strap's padded section has a zipped pocket for memory cards etc

Bought this item as a gift for my friend who’s a photographer. She loved it. The box even looks like the packaging that a camera lens would come in. The 2 different tops were a great touch.
