Great post-sales service!
I had issues with my camera: H.265 encoding (which is essential for me, and the main reason I bought this camera) wasn't working: despite being set in the configuration menu, the camera was still recording all movies in H.264. So I contacted AKASO and they promptly sent me an updated firmware that fixed it. But, turns out my camera's hardware version was too old for that firmware (apparently I got sent an older version by mistake) and the new firmware made the touchscreen nonoperative, basically rendering the camera unusable.AKASO promptly offered me a return, despite the Amazon 30-day return window being over, and when I explained I was outside the US on an extended trip and would be unable to return the camera, they refunded me just the same! With the refund money, I was able to buy a local camera and continue filming my trip. This is what I call excellent service! Mistakes happen, but AKASO's willingness to fix things for me made all the difference.I have great confidence in the company, and will certainly consider buying their products again when the time comes. I can also recommend this camera in particular, as except the H.265 mode, it was working perfectly, and I understand the newer hardware versions which you would probably get, also have functioning H.265.

Solid mount. Possibly the best accessory in my kit
I love this mount. It is not compatible with the Nikon FTZ adapter unless you move it from the body to the adapter or buy another mount just for the adapter. I’ve hike a couple mountains and bustled through crowds without fail using this mount.

Exceptional adapters that focus to infinity with m
Part 1 - Minolta MD to Sony NEX adapterTechnically, it slightly overshoots infinity but the issue is easily corrected by dialing back the focus ring just a tad --- Not exact but clearly better than not-at-all.Although very light due to extensive aluminum usage, the build quality and fit-and-finish of the adapter is superb. Connections on the lens and camera mount sides are tight and precise --- absolutely, zero slop. The top of the lens release button is flattened making the lens removal process very easy and comfortable.Other notes:- There are no electrical connections so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens itself- When mounting the lens, turn the adapter clockwise till you hear a "click"- Tested with a Minolta 85mm f/1.7 Rokkor-X MD lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera-----------------------Part 2 - Nikon Ai to Sony NEX adapterEdit: Based on my positive experience with the Minolta MD adapter, I also purchased the Nikon Ai adapter later. As with the Minolta MD adapter, the Nikon Ai version focuses beyond infinity a tiny bit. Fortunately, the same solution applies - dial back the focus ring and the horizon will become crystal clear. The build quality is impeccable and the finish is smooth and clean of burrs or machine marks. Connections on both sides are taut and precise with zero play.Additional notes for Nikon Ai adapter:- No electrical connections present so focus and zoom must be done manually on the lens.- Unlike the Minolta MD adapter, mounting the lens for Nikon adapter requires a counter-clockwise turn until you hear the "click" of the locking mechanism- Tested with a Nikon Micro Nikkor 55m f/2.8 Ai-S MF lens mounted to a Sony a6000 camera

Powerful action camera with a lot of capabilities.
The AKASO V50 Pro is overall a very nice action camera. The video resolution can be adjusted up to 4k/30fps down to lower resolutions. There are two choices for video codec, H.254 and H.255. The newer H.255 will produce a smaller file size, however, is not compatible with a lot of software. I’ve had issues trying to get video to play back with standard media players with H.255 and currently does not seem worth the hassle to view and edit with the benefit of lower file size, maybe in a few years this will change. For those who have more experience editing with H.255 this may not be a problem. I have had no issues with H.254. The video stabilization also works well and helps the video stay smooth through relatively normal conditions.Even though it says 64 GB max I’m using a 128 GB class 10 micro SD card and formatted card inside the action camera. I have had no problems with this size card and the extra memory will go a long way.The picture settings allow resolution up to 20MP, and the angle can be adjusted up to super wide (170 degrees). Keep in mind even with distortion calibration on, images will still look distorted near the corners of the image. The fish eye lens is beneficial to capture at wide angles so can come in very handy with wide angle shots. I’m able to take some nice pictures and simply crop out what I don’t need. The case is pretty simple with a custom gasket for the watertight seal. The plastic latch comes over the back face to grab onto a notch on the top. As long as you are careful to avoid any hair or dust on the seal surface and verify latch is in proper location before you close, I believe it should work fine. I would definitely test out the case before you take underwater though. There are a lot of other video and image settings but for the standard user its best to keep it on automatic settings. It’s a bit clunky from a user interface point of view since there are only two buttons that can be used when inside of the case. The touch screen is very nice when outside of the case but since the case is the only thing protecting the lens I don’t know how often I’m going to be using the touch screen. Once you have the desired picture and video settings put it back in the case and use the two buttons to swap between and take images and video very easily.Overall I’m happy with my test images and video and am excited to take this on my next vacation.

Very light weight tripod
Does the job with most small cameras and lighting fixtures, but I wouldn't hang a Hasselblad on it....LOL

Excellent Value! Great little camera.
After playing with this for a week or so and doing some experimenting, I am quite pleased. With the display turned off, I've gotten 2+ hours of recording on one battery. Has option to record video with H.264 or H.265 codec. H.265 is much smaller, saving space, but doesn't play on my under-powered laptop, plays fine on my desktop. You can playback either through the camera itself. Video is sharp.iSmart Pro+ software can be tricky, I did find a valuable hint. Turn on camera WiFi. Put your phone in airplane mode, then turn on WiFi to connect to the camera. Tap "Connect the Camera" button in the app. Tap "Connect the Camera" button again and you're connected. You can adjust settings, see the camera display, record video, or take photos from here. Probably most importantly, you can click on the Album icon and view or download the photos and videos to your phone without a cableThe touchscreen works well but with big fingers, I find using the buttons a little easier.Image stabilization makes a big difference.Camera works with battery removed and powered through USB, handy for time lapse photos or videos.

Directly configure the camera for best results
The camera was easy to set up, but it was out of focus when it arrived. I thought that perhaps I had a faulty model, but I was able to fix the focus issue by installing the LMS software recommended by the supplier and manually adjusting the settings. The camera video quality is good both night and day, and the night vision distance is good for our purposes (approx. 100 ft).We wanted to look at the camera through my wife's Mac Mini, and although we could connect to the camera there was no video. The same configuration worked great on Windows 10. I contacted support, who told me that Mac was not supported (see below). However, by logging into the camera through the browser interface and changing the default video format to H.264 it works just fine on a Mac.I tried twice to inform the support person that H.264 allows you to view video on the Mac, and all I get is the same fixed response that Mac is not supported. My guess is that there isn't a real person on the end of the support line; just a bot that's looking for key words and giving pre-prepared responses.

Will this allow my nikon 1 s1 lenses to mount to my canon t2i?
A
Dear Customer, so sorry to tell you that this adapter won't allow your nikon 1 s1 lenses to mount to my canon t2i.
Q
Looking to fit a Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to my canon 80d is this possible with this adapter?
A
hello, The Nikon-EOS adapter ring fit for nikon AI mount lens and canon EF camera. so the adapter ring fit for your Nikkor 55mm 3.5 ain’t lens on to canon 80d
Q
Am I supposed to use an adapter to attach to a Nikon camera? If so, can you suggest an adapter?
A
No the other way this is to be able to mount the Nikon lenses onto the micro 4/3 camera body
Q
Some questions about the aperture
A
  1. please judge whether your lens could adjust the aperture there is only Nikon(G),also called AI(G) adapter ring has the aperture control ring, and is only for Nikon G lens,
If you want to use nikon AI lens on this Nikon(G) adapter ring, it could be attached, but the aperture control ring could not be used as
there is a pin on Nikon G lens that could move the aperture control ring but no on AI lens.
  2. Some buyer mentioned could not adjust the aperture, actually this is because your lens does not have the aperture control function, If your lens does not have a manual aperture control ring, it will stop down to its smallest f/stop by default
  3. Since there is no electronic contacted on our adapter ring, so could not transfer the aperture number to camera.

Q
Can i use this to put a canon ef 50mm f/1.8 lens on my nikon d5200? and, if so, will that mean i have to use manual focus?
A
I have come to find out that adapter is not compatible with the nikon d5200 and all things would be done manually
