Much better than the QC 35's...
I bought these specifically for voice to text at work & music on my phone. Work well for both. These sold me over the Sony WH-1000XM3 for this reason.Had the Sony QC35's before... When using voice to text they picked up to much background noise. These fixed that issue which was my prime concern.BT dropouts with Dragonware Nuance but generally works well with speech recognition.

Hi, do I need connectors to hard wire two of the cameras?

If you want to wired connect multiple cameras, you'll have to use a Regular net switch/hub; Please delete the corresponding channels of the cameras in Video manage first, then connect the cameras to the HUB, then connect the HUB to the NVR directly with a network cable, refresh and auto add it, it will work; FYI, cameras need to be plugged into outlet to work.
