How much weight can it hold?

It is very sturdy. As far as actual weight, I don’t know. Mine double as hiking/walking sticks snd they hold my 200 pound body and only recently has one of them started slipping when I put sll my weight on it.

I use it with a Canon EOS 5DSR camera and a Tamron 150-600 mm lens, basically a fairly heavy setup, using a Ulanzi ball head. It has no difficulty handling all that weight. It easy to adjust the height in the middle of shooting as conditions change.
